Epact™ Support

Telephone and online support is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Technical support is included in the monthly hosting fee. Training manuals and documentation will be provided to Agencies and United Way organizations as part of the license fee. Instructor lead training is also available at an additional cost.

Epact™ User Groups

Epact would not have evolved to where it is today if it wasn’t for the close collaboration and feedback received by the United Ways that helped us develop the product. Annual epact user conferences are planned, where the present capabilities as well as future releases of the product will be discussed.

DevStudios will work with the user group to make decision on future enhancements. In addition, DevStudios and the user group will be responsible for the management of the Global Dimension Lexicon and will assist in the development of regional lexicons.
